When submitting payment, you’ve acknowledged that you’ve reviewed and confirmed your flavors/quantities/design, the order pick-up details, and the policies below.

- When submitting payment, customer acknowledges and agrees to pick up at given date/time stated. Please do NOT place an order if you know you cannot pick up. Please contact beforehand for further assistance.
- Cake orders may be cancelled a 1.5 weeks prior to pick up date for a full refund. Please forward your email confirmation to hello@sweetsbycaroline.com and request your cancellation.
- Macaron orders may be cancelled 1.5 weeks prior to pick up date for a full refund. Please forward your email confirmation to hello@sweetsbycaroline.com and request your cancellation.
