Meet Caroline
Hi, I’m Caroline! The baker behind every macaron, mini cake, and custom creation. SweetsbyCaroline is my pop-up bakery specializing in gluten-free French macarons, custom cakes, and Asian-inspired flavors.
Growing up, I was always in the kitchen with my mom. One of my earliest memories is baking a cake together. She handed me a carton of eggs, and I was so nervous about dropping them that I squeezed them tight…and they exploded all over me and the kitchen. Sorry, Mom!
What started as silly baking moments and weekend treats slowly became a passion I couldn’t ignore. Over the years, baking shifted from a fun hobby into something I wanted to share with the people around me.
Today, I feel so grateful to create desserts that help celebrate birthdays, weddings, milestones, and all the sweet moments in between.
